Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the T Bajee platform — whether through a web browser, the T Bajee mobile app, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and T Bajee.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using T Bajee immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To register and play on T Bajee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old. T Bajee takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
  • Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
  • Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from T Bajee or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that is still active.
  • Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended T Bajee account.

T Bajee reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of unconfirmed eligibility may be withheld.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one T Bajee account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. T Bajee uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your age. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact T Bajee support immediately.
  • Account ownership: T Bajee accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
Note: T Bajee will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on T Bajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). T Bajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
  • Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, additional verification may extend this timeframe.
  • Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by T Bajee support.
  • Verification: T Bajee may request verification of your payment method before processing a withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

T Bajee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside T Bajee's control.

Funds safety: Player funds are held in accounts that are separate from T Bajee's operational funds. Your balance is protected even in the event of operational disruption.

Bonuses & Promotions

T Bajee offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all T Bajee bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

  • Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, each player is eligible for each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in the bonus being voided.
  • Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
  • Abuse: T Bajee reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
  • Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play, after wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.

Gameplay Rules

All games on T Bajee — including Live Casino tables, Slots, EVO Live, Callbreak Quick, Aladdin, and the Wheel — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

  • Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the T Bajee system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Technical issues: In the event of a technical failure during a game round, T Bajee will resolve the situation in accordance with its fair play policy. Bets affected by a verified technical fault will be voided and stakes returned.
  • Disconnection: T Bajee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet disconnection during a game round. Players should ensure they have a stable connection before placing bets.
  • Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. These limits may change without prior notice.

T Bajee's live dealer games use physical cards and wheels operated by real dealers. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each round and are final. No claims based on perceived dealer error will be accepted unless supported by a review of the game recording.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on T Bajee and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

  • Fraud: Any attempt to defraud T Bajee or other players, including through chargebacks, false payment claims, or manipulation of game outcomes.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
  • Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Money laundering: Using T Bajee to process funds derived from illegal activity. T Bajee is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
  • Duplicate accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
  • Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing T Bajee support staff in any communication channel.
T Bajee reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Decisions made following a completed investigation are final.

Privacy & Data

  • Data collected: Name, phone number, date of birth, payment method details, device information, and gameplay activity.
  • Purpose: Account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.
  • Data sharing: T Bajee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and regulatory bodies where required.
  • Data retention: Account data is retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.
Section 10

Limitation of Liability

T Bajee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

  • T Bajee is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • T Bajee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
  • T Bajee's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these terms limits T Bajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 11

Account Termination

Players may close their T Bajee account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

T Bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
  • Failure to complete identity or payment verification
  • Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
Inactive accounts: Accounts with a balance that have been inactive for 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Changes to Terms

T Bajee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, T Bajee will notify registered players via SMS or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of T Bajee after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
